Growlity Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and employee management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and salary coordination.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, and employee records.
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, engagement activities, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and employee databases.
- Support performance management, workforce planning, and applicable labour law compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Positive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
