About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, people-first HR Manager / Generalist to lead our end-to-end human resource functions at our studio. In this role, you will nurture a creative, collaborative, and structured workplace cultureacting as a bridge between management, studio artists, and executive teams. From talent acquisition and artisan onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and studio compliance, you will ensure our HR practices reflect the refinement, precision, and care that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Collaboration &
- Studio Alignment:

Partner closely with creative heads, studio managers, and leadership to understand evolving talent requirements and operational hiring needs.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—sourcing skilled craftspeople, design talent, and administrative professionals across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted networking.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial screenings, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure an elegant, seamless candidate experience.

- Onboarding &

- Lifecycle Documentation:

Oversee complete employee onboarding and lifecycle documentation, including Letters of Intent, appointment letters, confirmation reviews, promotions, and offboarding formalities.

- HRMS &

- Personnel Records:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and digital personnel files on HRMS platforms in accordance with studio standards.

- Payroll &

- Attendance Management:

Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management, ensuring timely disbursement and full statutory compliance.

- Employee Engagement &

- Studio Culture:

Conceptualize and drive engaging employee initiatives, celebrate team milestones, and nurture a vibrant, inspiring work environment.

- Compliance &

- Grievance Resolution:

Maintain a fair, transparent workplace by addressing employee grievances,



conducting exit interviews, and managing compliance standards.

- Employee Relations: Foster strong interpersonal relationships across all studio departments through periodic feedback loops, surveys, and open-door practices.

- MIS &

- Operational HR Reporting:

Prepare regular HR metrics and reports—tracking hiring, retention, confirmations, and operational trends—for leadership review.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HR Executive, Generalist, or HR Manager role, preferably within a design studio, luxury brand, retail, or fast-paced creative organization.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Communication Skills: Articulate written and verbal communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.

- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to source candidates across technical, creative, and administrative functions using diverse channels.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRMS platforms, and payroll management software.

- Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence with an ability to connect comfortably with diverse teams—from studio artisans to executive leadership.

- Detail Orientation:

Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, compliance records, and policy maintenance.

- Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive problem solver who handles sensitive matters with discretion, speed, and fairness.

- Statutory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Indian labor regulations, PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, and TDS compliance.
