Position: Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team and support recruitment,

employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is perfect for candidates who want to start their HR career and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates for open positions

Screening resumes and shortlisting applicants

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

Sending interview and offer emails

Maintaining recruitment records

Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Assisting in the overall hiring process





Posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms

Conducting initial telephonic screening of candidates

Assisting in onboarding and documentation of current hires

Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Updating and managing the candidate database/ATS

Preparing recruitment status reports and trackers

Supporting employee engagement activities and HR events

Assisting with general HR administrative tasks

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
