Position Overview

Gramik is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This internship offers an chance to gain practical experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups.




- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process, documentation, and offer letter preparation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, reports, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and managers to ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
