Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.

- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on interview status.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

- Assist in recruitment activities, interview coordination, and basic HR documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Students pursuing or graduates of BBA, MBA (HR), or any relevant discipline may apply.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-oriented environment.

- Ability to work from the office in Sector 58, Noida.
