Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full hiring cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate with production managers to identify skill gaps and recruit for specific factory roles.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle grievances, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Organize team‑building activities and safety‑related awareness programs
- Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, factory safety regulations, and internal HR policies
- Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and skill upgrades in production processes
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Oversee salary processing, leave management, and benefits administration.




- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
- Operational Support in Factory Environment
- Address HR issues related to shift work, overtime, and production schedules.
- Support safety compliance and incident reporting.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Proven HR Generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or factory settings
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resources Management, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) preferred.

- Skills
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and factory regulations.
- Robust interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
