Role Description The HR Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and supporting recruitment and selection processes. This role will assist in implementing HR policies, managing attendance and leave, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

The HR Executive will also support employee relations activities, such as addressing queries,



facilitating engagement initiatives, and assisting with performance management processes. Collaboration with management and various teams to promote a positive, inclusive work workplace is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to support end-to-end HR functions.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and basic labor regulations, with the ability to help implement and communicate policies clearly.
- Employee Relations skills, including the ability to handle queries, support conflict resolution, and contribute to engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Prior experience in real estate or professional services environments is beneficial but not mandatory.

? Fresher: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

? Experienced: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month
