- Sourcing: Find resumes from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, WhatsApp groups - Screening: Call candidates, check their profile, communication & job fit - Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up - Database Management: Maintain ATS / Excel sheet with candidate status - Job Posting: Create and post jobs on portals and social media - Support Onboarding: Help with offer letters and joining formalities What We’re Looking For:
- Valuable communication skills in English - Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
