About the Role
BIMS Hospital is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to support its day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing, salary documentation, and related HR activities.
- Coordinate with departmental heads to assess manpower requirements and support staffing activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
- Assist with statutory compliance, employee documentation, and other HR operational activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR activities will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
