Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management,



payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Work closely with management to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR software, HRIS, and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- A proactive mindset with robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage.
