SUKI Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive with a background in the IT/software industry.

Key Skills Required:

- End-to-end recruitment and technical hiring
- Monthly payroll processing and salary administration
- Attendance, leave, and HRMS management
- Employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
- PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and applicable statutory compliance
- Performance appraisals, employee engagement, and HR reporting

Eligibility: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT company. Good communication skills, practical payroll knowledge, recruitment expertise, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential. Prioritize candidates who have independently handled both payroll and recruitment in an IT company, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to HR administration. For a growing software company, practical execution and follow-up skills are particularly significant
