Role Description The HR and Marketing Intern will support daily talent acquisition activities, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will assist in HR operations such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and basic employee engagement initiatives. On the marketing side, responsibilities include contributing to social media content, supporting digital campaigns, and helping analyze engagement metrics.





The role involves close collaboration with HR and marketing team members to improve processes and promote Lernx’s programs to prospective learners. This is an internship role and is fully remote.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in both human resources and marketing, with the ability to manage tasks across these domains.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms and online promotional strategies.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professional conduct.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with remote teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
