Role Description This is a full-time, in office Housekeeping Associate role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur.

The Housekeeping

Associate is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Daily tasks include making beds, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing amenities, handling laundry-related duties, and ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. The role also involves responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety and hygiene protocols as per hotel standards.





The Housekeeping

Associate will work closely with the housekeeping team and supervisors to support smooth operations during shifts, events, and peak occupancy periods.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Laundry operations and basic housekeeping procedures.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage tasks, prioritize rooms, and maintain inventory of linens and supplies.
- Candidates should possess Training or willingness to be trained in hotel housekeeping standards, safety, and hygiene practices.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness, sanitization, and guest privacy protocols.
