Role Overview

​We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth for our hotel through both Room Sales and Banquet Sales. This is primarily a field sales role where you will be required to actively visit corporate offices, travel agencies, and prospective clients to pitch our hospitality services, secure bookings, and maximize hotel revenue.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Corporate & Travel Agency Outreach:
- ​Conduct regular field visits to corporate offices, businesses, and travel agencies to pitch hotel packages and secure corporate room contracts.
- ​Banquet & Event Sales:
- ​Drive sales for social gatherings, weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and seminars by promoting our banquet spaces.
- ​Understand client requirements, offer customized event packages, and close bookings to ensure high banquet utilization.
- ​Revenue Generation:
- ​Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both room occupancy and banquet events.
- ​Relationship Management:
- ​Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel trade partners.
- ​Market Intelligence & Reporting:




- ​Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry movements in Kolkata.
- ​Maintain daily sales logs, report field visit outcomes, and submit performance updates directly to the Sales Manager.

​Candidate Requirements
- ​Experience: Previous field sales experience within the hospitality industry (hotels/resorts) focusing on corporate room sales and banquets is preferred.
- ​Core Competencies:
- ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- ​Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- ​Personal Attributes: Target-driven mindset, high energy, proactive field approach, and a solid hospitality service orientation.

​Compensation & Benefits
- ​Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- ​Incentives: Performance-linked incentives and allowances.
