Role Description This is a full-time, in office Hospitality Professional role based in Vadodara. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests across banqueting, conference, golf club, and palace museum operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and overall guest satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating reservations and event setups, supporting food and beverage service, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.

Professional will collaborate with team members and management to uphold service standards, handle guest feedback, and contribute to smooth operational workflows. The role may also involve basic administrative tasks, following company policies, and participating in training to consistently improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional conduct.
- Clear and courteous Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service standards in a premium or heritage setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara on a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Previous experience in hotels, clubs, events, or related hospitality environments is an advantage.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy for handling reservations, event coordination, and internal communication.
- Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
