Job Title: Hostel Warden (Boys' Hostel)Job Summary:

Prince Institute of Innovative Technology (PIIT) is seeking a disciplined, responsible, and proactive Hostel Warden to oversee our boys' college hostel in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring the safety and security of students, and managing day-to-day hostel operations. Candidates with a background in structured or disciplined environments (such as security management, law enforcement, or defence services) are highly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:

- Student Discipline & Safety: Maintain strict discipline within the boys' hostel, monitor student movement, verify biometric/in-out registers, and ensure a secure, ragging-free environment.
- Hostel Administration: Manage room allocations, track daily attendance, and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel premises.
- Mess & Food Management: Supervise the quality and hygiene of food served in the hostel mess.
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for medical emergencies, student grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs and report major issues or rule violations to the college management.





Job Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduation (Any stream).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a hostel warden, estate manager, or in a similar administrative/supervisory role.
- Background Preference: Experience in the Defence Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force), Police, or professional security management is a strong asset.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to handle student matters firmly yet empathetically.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience).
- Perks: Free fooding and accommodation provided inside the campus (Live-in role).
