Role Description The Hospital Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation center. This role includes managing clinical and non-clinical services, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring that patient care, safety, and service standards are consistently met.

Manager will monitor resource utilization, supervise administrative staff, support quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. The role also involves handling patient and family queries, addressing service-related concerns, and collaborating with leadership on budgeting, planning, and performance reporting.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Hospital Management and Practice Management to oversee daily operations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial oversight to manage resources and support operational planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in psychiatric, rehabilitation, or healthcare facility management is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Comfort with healthcare IT systems and basic data reporting for operational and clinical metrics.
