Role: Hospital Manager (Full-time, In office, Banda)

We are building our core team and are looking for a hands-on Hospital Manager to run day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, OT, pharmacy and support services
- Manage staff rosters, duty schedules, vendors and inventory
- Monitor patient experience and resolve escalated patient/attendant concerns
- Coordinate licensing, statutory compliance and NABH documentation
- Track budgets and expenses and report to management
- Work closely with doctors,



nursing and administration to keep services running smoothly

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in hospital operations or hospital management
- MHA / MBA (Hospital or Healthcare Management) preferred; graduates with strong hospital experience may also apply
- Working knowledge of hospital licensing, NABH standards and TPA/insurance processes is an advantage
- Good communication in Hindi and English; leadership and problem-solving skills
- Candidates from Banda and nearby districts preferred
