Relationship Manager - HF_HOUSING FINANCE_0412_0552_1020838 Drive Home Loan business through DSA, Connectors, and Open Market sourcing channels. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with DSAs, property brokers, builders, connectors, and other referral partners to generate business. Source prospective customers directly from the open market and build a strong local referral network.

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales/disbursement targets . Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan products . Coordinate with internal teams for login, credit assessment, documentation, sanction, and disbursement of cases.

Regularly follow up with customers and channel partners to ensure smooth processing and timely closure of cases. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to the bank's credit, compliance, and process guidelines . Monitor the local market, competitor activities,



and potential business opportunities.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business progress.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Retail Asset Sales is preferred. Good exposure to DSA/Connector management and Open Market sourcing . Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to develop new business relationships. Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Target-oriented with the ability to work independently. Since this is an IC role , the candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end sales responsibilities without a team reporting to them.
