Natura is looking for a Horticulturist based in Bangalore to oversee the maintenance of existing landscaping sites and manage the execution and ongoing maintenance of new projects. The role involves supervising site teams, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage maintenance operations across all active sites in Hyderabad.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute upcoming landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Supervise site supervisors, gardeners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits and quality checks.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, budgets, and resources.
- Report regularly in office performance and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in landscaping project management or site maintenance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines and Business development activity.
- Working knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.

Location: Bangalore Reporting To: Sr. Horticulturist Manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
