Desired Skills

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
2. Strong techno-functional experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
3. Hands-on experience in developing Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
4. Good experience in developing and configuring Power Automate cloud flows to automate business processes and integrate systems.
5. Solid knowledge of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 CRM customization, including entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles, and solution management.
6. Good knowledge of .NET and C# for developing custom plugins and custom workflow activities.
7. Hands-on experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and Ribbon Workbench for command bar/ribbon customization.
8. Experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data migration, transformation, and integration between CRM and external systems.
9. Experience in developing and deploying Azure Functions for serverless processing, integrations,



and custom business logic.
10. Good understanding of REST APIs, Web API, and integration patterns for connecting Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications and services.
11. Good communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and collaborate effectively with functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders.
12. Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Portals / Power Pages would be an added advantage.
