Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in end-to-end Indian payroll processing.
- Expertise in PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Form 16.
- Hands-on experience with Ascent Payroll Software.
- Experience in payroll consulting or professional services firms preferred.
- Experience managing payroll for 100+ clients is highly preferred.
- Robust client management, team leadership, and English communication skills.
- Experience in payroll reconciliation, audits, bank files, and full & final settlements.
