Designation - Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Location - Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune

Experience Range - 4-6 years

The role of Specialist - Talent Acquisition is to attract qualified external talent to fulfil all the talent requirements of AXA GBS and will be the first point of contact for an external candidate for future opportunities within AXA GBS. The Specialist - TA will be responsible for the following:

1. Understand the job requirements from the Hiring Manager and build a strong pipeline of candidates for all open and future positions within AGBS
2. Screen all applications and shortlist based on the skills requirement as per the
3. Prioritize the candidates in talent pool and share it with business to close the requirement within given time
4. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to business & talent acquisition leads
5. Employer branding in digital/ Social media platforms and promote companys reputation as best place to work
6. Collation and presentation of Market intel on Talent pool to Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership
7. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
8. Ensuring majority of the positions is closed via direct channels and ensure to maintain proper balance in source mix
9. Ensure to maintain hiring SLA and take necessary approval wherever required
10.



Maintain relationships with talent pipeline from different sourcing channels like Campus, Employees etc.
11. Manage the Employee referral process for ABGS and ensure all external open roles are posted in employee referral
12. Respond to employee queries specific to employee referral
13. Ensure to update all candidates details on company portal and track the same on regular basis for self & team
14. Candidate documents audit for all current joiners
15. Offer approvals for all selected candidates

Experience and qualification: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in an Organization of repute and a fair understanding of the best practices
