We are Hiring Sr. Associates- Operations & Risk Management Executive Capital Market / Securities**

Job Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Trade Processing & Settlement Operations

- Manage daily trade lifecycle execution, pay-in / pay-out processing, and contract note issuance across Equity, F&O;, and Debt segments.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Clearing Corporations (NSCCL/ICCL) and Depositories (NSDL/CDSL) to ensure zero-delay trade settlements.
- Handle corporate actions (splits, bonuses, dividends, rights issues) and ensure accurate adjustments across client accounts.

2. Risk Management & Margin Monitoring

- Conduct real-time monitoring of client exposure, peak margins, and collateral adequacy to protect firm liquidity.
- Perform risk checks, price-band surveillance, and short-margin penalty audits in strict compliance with SEBI and Stock Exchange mandates.
- Take proactive risk-mitigation measures, including square-offs and margin calls, during market volatility.

3. Client Experience & Regulatory Compliance

- Resolve high-priority client inquiries regarding ledger statements,



trade confirmations, and holding statements.
- Maintain complete audit trails and generate periodic compliance logs for SEBI, NSE, BSE, and depository inspections.

Candidate Profile:-

- Education: Bachelors Degree in any Domain
- Must-Have Certification: NISM Series VII: Securities Operations and Risk Management Certification (Active/Valid).
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 Year of capital markets back/middle office, or risk management experience.
