Hiring for DGM Business Development (Tendering & Bid Management)!!

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 8–15 Years

Location : Hisar | Chandigarh | Gurugram

We are looking for an experienced professional to independently manage tender identification, eligibility assessment, bid preparation, and tender documentation for infrastructure and consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify tenders on NHAI, MoRTH, CPPP, GeM, State PWD, and other government portals.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to assess eligibility and compliance requirements.
- Prepare tender checklists, compliance matrices, and bid submission plans.
- Handle end-to-end technical and financial bid preparation.
- Prepare and compile affidavits, undertakings, declarations, Power of Attorney, Board Resolutions, EMD details, and other tender documents.
- Coordinate with accounts, HR, project teams, and management to collect company credentials, work experience certificates, financial details, and CVs.
- Ensure timely and accurate online submission of tenders.
- Maintain tender trackers,



submission records, bid results, and upcoming tender schedules.
- Maintain a centralised database of company credentials and tender documents.
- Candidates with experience in highway consultancy, Authority Engineer (AE), Independent Engineer (IE), DPR, supervision consultancy, or project management consultancy tenders will be preferred.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Any Graduate; Civil Engineering degree is not mandatory.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in tendering, bid management, and business development.
- Experience with government and infrastructure consultancy tenders, preferably NHAI, MoRTH, and PWD.
- Solid knowledge of tender eligibility, technical documentation, financial bids, and online tender portals.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF tools.
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and deadline-management skills.
