Core Duties and Responsibilities

- Plant Operation Support: Assist lead or certified operators in starting, stopping, and running pumps, blowers, mixers, and related treatment equipment. [1]

- Equipment and Routine Monitoring: Help check gauges, flow meters, pressure levels, chemical feed rates, and basic operating parameters during plant rounds. [1, 2]

- Sampling and Lab Prep: Collect water samples from various stages of the treatment process and help prepare samples for routine laboratory testing. [1, 2]

- Cleaning and Housekeeping: Clean tanks, screens, filters, basins, pipelines, and the overall plant setting to prevent buildup and contamination. [1, 2, 3]

- Minor Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic mechanical upkeep, such as tightening bolts, checking for leaks, flushing water lines,



and assisting with minor pump or feeder repairs. [1, 2, 3]

- Chemical Handling & Dosing: Support the secure storage, handling, and mixing of treatment chemicals under the direct instruction of the operator or supervisor. [1, 2]

- Record Keeping: Help maintain daily logbooks, activity sheets, and chemical usage records. [1]

- Safety & Reporting: Follow plant safety guidelines and immediately report any unusual noises, odors, leaks, or equipment malfunctions to the shift operator.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
