We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and results-oriented High Ticket Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in closing high-value sales.
You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting qualified leads into customers for our life coaching programs and courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and qualified leads to understand their requirements.
- Present and sell life coaching programs and courses effectively.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects through robust communication.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close high-ticket sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers.
- Experience in life coaching, online courses, education, or coaching program sales is a plus.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results.
- Ability to work from our Noida Sector 137 office.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
- Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets and closing deals.
