Resonacle is looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Headhunter with excellent communication skills and strong expertise in talent mapping, headhunting and candidate engagement.
This is an opportunity to work closely with some of Indias premium pharmaceutical companies and handle critical hiring mandates across the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with senior professionals, identifying niche talent and building strong candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant talent across the pharmaceutical industry.
- Execute proactive headhunting for niche, senior-level and leadership positions.
- Identify, approach and engage suitable candidates through LinkedIn, skilled networks, databases and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong network of pharmaceutical professionals across key functions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, including senior management and leadership-level professionals.
- Assess candidate suitability, career aspirations,
experience and compensation expectations.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer closure.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases, talent maps and recruitment trackers.
- Deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, headhunting or talent mapping.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage senior professionals.
- Strong understanding of candidate mapping, market intelligence and proactive sourcing techniques.
- Ability to identify and attract passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a job.
- Strong networking, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Experience in pharmaceutical recruitment will be a significant advantage.
