About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional to lead statutory compliance, accreditation, institutional development, and strategic projects across a multidisciplinary group of educational institutions. The role involves managing regulatory approvals, preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), developing and implementing SOPs, and driving strategic planning for new initiatives and institutional expansion.

Key Responsibilities - Lead statutory compliance, accreditation, approvals, renewals, and inspections involving UGC, AICTE, NAAC, NBA, NMC, DCI, PCI, INC, and other applicable regulatory bodies.

- Prepare DPRs, feasibility studies, project proposals, budgets, and implementation plans for new institutions, programmes, and infrastructure projects.
- Identify statutory, infrastructure, land, staffing, financial, and operational requirements for new projects and institutional expansion.
- Develop, implement, and monitor institutional SOPs, policies, documentation systems, and compliance calendars.
- Oversee internal audits, regulatory documentation, inspection preparedness, and corrective action plans.
- Drive strategic planning, institutional growth, multidisciplinary development, and new project initiatives.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, government departments, consultants, architects, legal advisors, finance teams, and institutional leadership.
- Build and lead teams responsible for regulatory compliance, accreditation, documentation, and project execution.

Qualifications &

Experience - Postgraduate qualification in Education, Management, Law, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.



Professional certifications in regulatory affairs, accreditation, or project management will be an advantage.

- Substantial experience in statutory compliance, accreditation, DPR preparation, project development, and the establishment or expansion of educational institutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory frameworks and accreditation processes across multiple disciplines, including medical, dental, pharmacy, nursing, engineering, and general higher education.
- Solid understanding of institutional planning, project feasibility, infrastructure and manpower requirements, financial modelling, and regulatory documentation.
- Proven leadership in developing SOPs, compliance systems, internal audits, inspection readiness, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with regulatory authorities, government bodies, consultants, and institutional leadership.
- Preference for candidates with extensive multidisciplinary experience and a proven track record of securing approvals, implementing compliance systems, and executing institutional development projects.

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, expertise, and demonstrated achievements.
