This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for:
- End-to-end hospital operations
- Patient flow, service delivery and experience
- Operational efficiency, productivity and cost optimisation
- Coordination across clinical and non-clinical functions
- Capacity utilisation, bed management and throughput
- Quality, compliance and process improvement
- Service excellence across OP, IP, Emergency, OT and diagnostics
- Building robust, accountable operational teams The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience, with significant leadership exposure in a large multispecialty / tertiary care hospital.
Qualification An MBA / MHA / postgraduate qualification in Hospital or Healthcare Management is preferred.
