Key Responsibilities

Candidate will be based at Mumbai office and responsible for developing and executing international business strategies to expand and grow pharmaceutical formulation business across European Countries handling B2B/CDMO/CMO Business.

Candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing distributor networks, and establishing strategic partnerships with importers, distributors, and pharmaceutical companies including Registration of Pharma products.

Candidate will be responsible for managing existing customers, driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and improving profitability across assigned European Countries.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams for product registrations, dossier submissions, and Regulatory Compliance in European Countries.

Candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new product opportunities for pharmaceutical formulations based on market demand.

Candidate will be responsible for preparing business plans, sales forecasts, annual budgets, and market development strategies to achieve business objectives.

Candidate will be responsible for negotiating commercial terms, finalizing business agreements,



monitoring distributor performance, and ensuring timely execution of orders and payments.

Candidate Profile

Candidate with Pharm / Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. and MBA in International Business or Marketing, candidate with 1520 years of experience in international business development covering European Countries handling B2B/CDMO/CMO Business.

Candidate should have experience in handling European Countries, developing distributor networks Registration of Pharma products and managing relationships with international customers and business partners.

Candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical formulations, product portfolios, market development, and identifying new business opportunities in international markets.

Candidate should have experience in coordinating product registrations, dossier documentation, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical formulations in European Countries.

Candidate should have experience in business negotiations, sales forecasting, market analysis, and achieving international sales targets.

Candidate should have experience in coordinating with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth export operations.
