We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales & Operations with a solid background in modular interiors and residential interior design

. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the design and sales teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring smooth store operations from lead generation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interior solutions.

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly order booking and revenue targets.

- Monitor leads, client meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and order bookings.

- Oversee interior designers, ensuring effective client presentations, design finalization, and timely design freeze.

- Coordinate with project managers, production, installation, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Monitor project status, customer payments, collections, and pending milestones.

- Ensure a smooth customer journey from initial consultation to final project handover.

- Manage daily store operations, team productivity, and customer escalations.

- Develop referral networks, builder relationships,



and local business opportunities.

- Prepare sales performance reports and operational updates for management.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in modular interiors, home interiors, or the interior design industry.

- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.

- Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior design processes, and project execution.

- Experience managing sales targets, customer conversions, and order bookings.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to coordinate across sales, design, production, and project execution teams.
