We are looking for an experienced

Head – Production (OSD)

to lead production operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The candidate must have strong experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing, with mandatory EU-GMP exposure in a regulatory pharmaceutical manufacturing plant

.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing.

- EU-GMP experience is mandatory.

- Solid expertise in tablets, capsules, granulation, compression, coating, and packing operations.

- Proven experience in production planning, manpower management, productivity improvement, and compliance with cGMP standards.

- Experience in regulatory audits, documentation, deviation management, CAPA, and inspection readiness.

- Candidates with maximum career experience in regulatory OSD manufacturing facilities will be preferred.
