Introducing Neo

Neo (neo.space) is our fast-growing direct-to-customer product designed to help small businesses, solopreneurs, and professionals establish a professional online presence with ease. Our offering includes domain name registration, an AI-powered website builder, and professional email. We are now poised for our next phase of growth and are looking for a growth marketing leader to accelerate new customer acquisition.

About the Role

Titan is building the best email experience for small businesses. As Director of Marketing, you will lead marketing across Titan and our direct brand, Neo, working closely with the CEO and leadership team.

You will own positioning, go-to-market, and growth—building Titan's brand and partner marketing while driving customer acquisition for Neo. This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for strategy, execution, and business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Growth: Own marketing priorities, budgets, and outcomes across brand, acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle.
- Product Marketing:



Turn customer insights and product capabilities into clear positioning, compelling campaigns, and effective launches.
- Organic & Content: Build growth through SEO, AI search, content, video, social, and community.
- Performance Marketing: Lead paid acquisition and full-funnel optimization, with accountability for CAC, LTV, and payback.
- Partner Marketing: Work with BD and distribution partners on joint launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Brand & Communications: Lead brand storytelling, PR, thought leadership, and customer advocacy.
- Leadership & Execution: Build a strong team, set clear priorities, and deliver high-quality work with measurable impact.

Minimum Qualifications

- 8+ years in marketing, including 3+ years leading teams and owning budgets and growth outcomes.
- Track record of growing SaaS, subscription, or technology products.
- Deep expertise in organic and content-led growth, with experience leading paid acquisition.
- Strong product positioning, writing, and creative judgment.
- Fluency in marketing analytics, unit economics, and experimentation.
- Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into execution across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience marketing to small businesses or entrepreneurs.
- Experience with international markets and partner-led distribution.
- Experience bringing AI products or capabilities to market.
