Are you a dynamic retail leader with a passion for business growth, operational excellence, and team leadership? ?

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Head to lead and oversee multi-store retail operations across Odisha.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, business acumen, and strategic leadership to drive sales performance, elevate customer experience, strengthen store-level execution, and ensure operational excellence across all locations. ?

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Lead and oversee retail operations across multiple store locations in Odisha.

? Drive sales growth, business performance, and operational efficiency.

? Monitor store KPIs, budgets, inventory management, and process compliance.

? Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and frontline Sales and Billing teams.





? Ensure a consistent premium customer experience and adherence to brand standards.

? Collaborate with interdepartmental stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

?REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Proven experience in multi-store retail operations and team leadership.

✅ Experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is mandatory.

✅ Robust understanding of sales performance, store operations, and business KPIs.

✅ Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

✅ Willingness to travel across Odisha.
