Job Title: Head International Business (Pharmaceuticals Export Division)

Work Location: Recent Delhi (divisional office to be established)

Qualification: MBA (International Business / Marketing) with a preferred background in B.Pharm / M.Pharm (or equivalent life-science degree)

Experience: 10 to 15+ years in pharma formulations with international business as the core of the career

Gender Preference: No preference

Requirements & Preferences:

- Core Experience: 10- 15+ years in pharma formulations with international business.
- Preferred Background / Nice-to-Haves:
- Personally owned export business in at least 2 regions (Africa, LatAm, Middle East/GCC, CIS/Central Asia, SE Asia, Oceania).
- African market experience (especially francophone West Africa); working knowledge of French.




- Latin America experience; Spanish/Portuguese proficiency.
- Proven track record of opening new markets from scratch and managing regional/country managers.
- Familiarity with IQVIA/IMS and import trade data.
- Hands-on registration experience with at least 2 regulatory authorities outside India (CTD/ACTD, COPP/CPP, GMP, stability).
- Contract manufacturing/loan-licence experience with full pricing literacy.
- Behavioral Traits: Strong integrity (ensuring claims match licenses and approvals held), evidence-led decision-making, comfort starting from a blank sheet, and willingness to travel and be based in New Delhi.
