Are you a compliance champion who is just as strong with people? Life Care Logistic, a growing 3PL company operating across 18+ states, is looking for an HR Head who can keep us compliant, connected and people-first at scale.

? Location: #Indore(M.P)

? About the Role

You’ll own HR operations and statutory compliance for a large, geographically spread workforce, while building a culture where our warehouse and operations teams feel heard, valued and supported.

? Key Responsibilities

- Ensure end-to-end statutory and labour law compliance across multiple states (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Shops

Establishments, Contract Labour Act, Gratuity, Bonus and more)

Manage audits, licences, registrations, returns and vendor/contractor compliance across locations

Stay updated on the current Labour Codes and state-specific amendments, and implement them on the ground

Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention for warehouse and operations roles Handle employee relations, grievance redressal and engagement initiatives Lead payroll coordination, attendance, leave and HR policy administration





Partner with site heads and regional teams to build strong people practices Drive HR MIS, manpower planning and performance management

✅ Who We’re Looking For Proven experience as an HR Head, HR Manager or Sr. HR Manager, preferably in 3PL, logistics, warehousing or a multi-location industry Strong, hands-on knowledge of labour laws and compliance across states A true people’s person: approachable, empathetic, a confident communicator and a skilled problem solver Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces Comfortable with HRMS, payroll systems and MS Excel Willingness to travel to sites when required MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred
