About the Role:

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on finance leader to take ownership of the end-to-end finance function at Locobuzz.

This role goes beyond accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to connect financial performance with business decisions, strengthen financial discipline, improve visibility into profitability and cash flows, and build processes that can scale with the business.

What's the Job?

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, profitability analysis, and financial modelling to support business decisions.
- Accounting & Compliance: Own financial closures, reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Treasury & Working Capital: Manage cash flows, collections, receivables, payables, banking relationships, and liquidity.
- Strategic & Commercial Finance: Partner with leadership on business planning, commercial decisions, fundraising, investor reporting, and financial performance.
- International Operations & Governance: Oversee overseas subsidiary reporting and compliance while strengthening financial controls, policies, and risk management.
- Finance Transformation & Team Leadership: Drive process automation, ERP improvements,



and AI adoption while leading the finance team and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Who's a fit?

- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 7–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in a SaaS, IT, technology, or similarly fast-paced business environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of FP&A;, accounting, taxation, treasury, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- A sound understanding of SaaS business models, subscription revenue, profitability, and operating metrics.
- Experience managing audits, banking relationships, working capital, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exposure to international subsidiaries, fundraising, investor reporting, or board reporting would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working hands-on while independently owning the larger finance agenda.
- Strong analytical thinking, commercial judgement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- An ownership mindset, with the ability to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and drive them through to completion.
