Role Description The Head of Global Marketing is a full time in-person (@Bangalore) role responsible for leading PRED’s overall marketing vision and execution across international markets.

0 to 1 role to acquire users, creating awareness and building community for PRED. You’ll be working with the Co-Founders to execute the GTM strategy for PRED.

What You’ll Do:

Owning storytelling, content and campaigns across social media and other channels

Design and implement GTM strategy for PRED, including:

- Social Media Marketing - twitter, reddit, insta,



tiktok – where sports users reside
- Affiliate Program, Referral Campaigns, Influencer Marketing
- Direct Outreach in sports communities
- Business Development Partnerships & Chain collaboration

Manage Performance marketing across channels Build and manage community for PRED - Discord, Telegram, Reddit - and drive engagement

Product Marketing: Both for acquiring and retaining users

Build the PRED brand, chain and other partnerships, thought leadership.

Requirements

- Achievers with rich exp in B2C marketing, esp global user acquisition and sports / gaming sector
- Proven track record in creating viral content and have engaging social media conversations
- User acquisition experience in sports / gaming / defi apps / viral online consumer products sector
- Self Starter, Hustler, Data Oriented
