The client is looking for someone who can drive:

- Revenue and patient-volume growth
- Specialty and consultant business development
- Doctor referral networks
- Corporate and institutional business
- Outreach and feeder-market expansion
- Digital patient acquisition and brand growth
- High-performing BD and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate should have 12–18 years of experience, preferably in large multispecialty hospitals, with strong exposure to the Chennai / Tamil Nadu healthcare market. The role requires a robust combination of commercial thinking, market relationships, execution capability and leadership presence.

Qualification
