At RITWA Café, we’re building a distinctive culinary experience that brings together global flavours, seasonal ingredients, modern techniques, and exceptional hospitality. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help build something extraordinary from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely service.

Develop innovative menus featuring Continental, Italian, and Pan-Asian cuisines, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and signature dishes.

Standardise recipes, portion sizes, food presentation, and preparation techniques.

Establish kitchen SOPs, food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and inventory controls.

Manage food costing, portion control, wastage reduction, and overall kitchen profitability.

Recruit, train, mentor, and lead the culinary team while fostering a culture of discipline and creativity.





Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure ingredient quality and cost efficiency.

Conduct menu trials, develop new recipes, and continuously improve the guest dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a premium café, restaurant, or contemporary dining establishment.

Solid expertise in at least one major cuisine, with a willingness to explore global culinary techniques.

Excellent leadership, menu development, food costing, and kitchen management skills.

A hands-on approach to building systems, training teams, and maintaining high standards.
