Key Responsibilities

- Financial reporting and closing. Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close. Prepare financial statements under the Accounting Standards notified under the Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2021 and Division I of Schedule III to the Companies Act, 2013, or under Ind AS where applicable.

- Audit coordination. Act as the principal point of contact for statutory, tax and internal auditors. Prepare audit schedules, respond to queries, and ensure timely closure of audit observations, including matters reportable under CARO 2020.

- Direct tax compliance. Oversee advance tax, TDS/TCS compliance and returns, income-tax returns and tax audit under section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Manage the transition to the Income-tax Act, 2025 for periods from 1 April 2026.

- Indirect tax compliance. Oversee GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR-2B, e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance.

- Corporate and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with the Company Secretary on MCA filings (AOC-4, MGT-7A),



MSME Form 1 and payment timelines under section 15 of the MSMED Act, 2006 read with section 43B(h), and FEMA reporting where applicable.

- Treasury and working capital. Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, borrowing compliance and fund deployment.

- Budgeting and MIS. Prepare annual budgets, variance analysis and monthly MIS for the Board.

- Internal financial controls. Design, document and maintain controls over financial reporting, including the audit trail requirement under Rule 3(1) of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014.

- CFO services delivery. Lead outsourced accounting, MIS, compliance and virtual-CFO engagements for clients. Define scope, pricing and engagement terms, and maintain service quality and confidentiality.

- Team leadership. Recruit, train and review the finance and client-service team, and drive adoption of accounting software and automation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
