HAM Manager JD:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle including procurement, allocation, transfer, return, repair, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and asset management databases.
- Conduct periodic asset audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor asset utilization and optimize hardware investments.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, vendors, and support teams for asset-related activities.
- Ensure data sanitization and secure disposal of retired assets.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and asset governance metrics.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to ITAM policies and standards.

Required Skills:





- Solid knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
- Experience with asset management tools and CMDB platforms.
- Inventory control, audit, compliance, and vendor management expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 7-12+ years in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, or IT Operations.

Preferred Certifications:

- ITIL Foundation
- IAITAM (CHAMP/CSAM)
- ISO 19770 Asset Management Knowledge
