Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise HCI solutions based on Lenovo infrastructure platforms. Provide technical expertise and architecture leadership for infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansion, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities :

- Design scalable resilient and highly available HCI architectures
- Provide technical expertise across Lenovo Think Agile and Think System infrastructure environments
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) architecture diagrams
- Assess existing virtualization and infrastructure environments and define migration consolidation refresh and modernization strategies
- Provide architecture leadership for infrastructure upgrades capacity expansion hardware refresh and lifecycle management
- Lead technical troubleshooting and rootcause analysis for complex HCI virtualization storage and hardware issues
- Define infrastructure standards covering availability performance scalability security monitoring and operational supportability
- Support capacity planning and performance optimization including compute memory storage and workload requirements
- Work closely with OEMvendor engineering and support teams for complex technical issues platform upgrades and product lifecycle requirements
- Provide L3L4 technical guidance to engineering and operations teams and support major incidents and critical escalations




- Conduct architecture and design reviews identify technical risks and recommend remediation or improvement opportunities
- Support transition of newly implemented HCI platforms into BAU operations including documentation knowledge transfer and operational readiness
- Contribute to infrastructure transformation program customer workshops solution reviews proposal responses and technical estimations
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise security compliance backup DR and infrastructure governance requirements

Requirements :

- 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure virtualization compute andor data center technologies with significant experience in architecture or senior engineering roles
- Robust handson experience with Lenovo enterprise infrastructure particularly Think Agile andor Think System platforms
- Strong HCI architecture and implementation experience in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies including vSphere and related infrastructure concepts
- Experience with HCI technologies such as VMware vSAN andor Nutanix particularly where deployed on Lenovo infrastructure
- Strong understanding of enterprise compute storage networking and virtualization architecture
- Experience designing solutions for high availability disaster recovery backup resilience and business continuity
- Experience with hardware sizing capacity planning infrastructure refresh and lifecycle management
- Strong troubleshooting skills across server hardware firmware virtualisation storage and network integration
- Experience working with enterprise monitoring infrastructure management and automation solutions
- Ability to produce professional architecture documentation including HLDs LLDs standards build guides and migration plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical teams program teams vendors and customer leadership
