Role Description The GULF role at Manavsini Services Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities for Gulf region placements, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, updating job postings, and liaising with overseas clients and internal teams to ensure timely submission of candidate documents. The role also requires assisting candidates with visa-related documentation, travel arrangements,



and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The individual will collaborate with colleagues to meet deployment targets, maintain accurate records, and provide explicit communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

- Experience in international recruitment or placement services, preferably for Gulf countries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple openings, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of visa processes, documentation, and compliance requirements for overseas employment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and candidate database or CRM tools.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a structured approach to record-keeping.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sectors such as construction, oil & gas, hospitality, or manufacturing is beneficial.
