Description

- Downloading and managing GS1 QR code data files from the ERP system as per customer requirements.

- Preparing production-ready data for printing and inspection systems.

- Verifying and validating QR code data prior to production.

- Validating GS1 QR code structure, readability, and data integrity.

- Checking QR code size and orientation vis-à-vis design KLD.

- Ensuring the accuracy of GTIN, batch number, expiry date, serial number, and other variable data elements.

- Monitoring data transfer between ERP, printing, and inspection systems.

- Supporting production during job setup and execution.

- Validating QR code data during machine setup.

- Troubleshooting data-related issues during production.

- Coordinating with Production,



PPC, Quality Assurance, and Machine Operators.

- Maintaining traceability records, generated code records, and post-production data uploads to the ERP system.

- Ensuring correct linkage between artwork and variable data files.

- Ensuring zero customer complaints arising from data mismatch or incorrect variable data.
