Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based in Pune.

The Guest Relations

Executive will welcome residents and visitors, manage reception duties, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, handling phone and in-person communication, coordinating with sales, hospitality, and operations teams, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role involves addressing service requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally, supporting community events, and promoting the company’s wellness and lifestyle offerings.

The Guest Relations

Executive will also help maintain lobby and common area presentation standards and provide proactive, courteous assistance to enhance resident and guest satisfaction.

You will begin by supporting a premium guest and client experience: welcoming people, understanding their requirements, coordinating internally and maintaining meaningful follow-up.

As your knowledge and capabilities develop, you will gain exposure to client presentations, lead nurturing, business development and sales. Willingness to develop commercial skills is an essential part of this opportunity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills,



with a focus on creating welcoming, positive experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with residents, guests, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and cross-selling abilities to inform guests about residential offerings, amenities, and community experiences.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, including front desk management, call handling, appointment scheduling, and visitor coordination.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or luxury residential communities; proficiency with basic computer and CRM tools; strong problem-solving skills; a professional and composed demeanor; and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
