Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time role based in Thane, structured as a hybrid position with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the executive will welcome and assist visitors, ensure a professional reception experience, and manage walk-in and scheduled customer interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to queries, providing accurate information about projects, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and maintaining records of visits and inquiries.

The executive will handle inbound calls,



support follow-ups with prospective customers, and contribute to creating a positive and seamless guest experience at the site or office.

Qualifications

- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Experience in Sales support and lead handling, with the ability to engage prospects and coordinate with the sales team.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties such as managing front desk operations, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or visitor management systems.
- Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or hospitality are an advantage.
