Vythiri Park is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information, handling enquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Assist guests with enquiries, information, and directions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about park activities, facilities, and services.
- Support guest check-in, ticketing, and reservation activities when required.
- Collect guest feedback and assist in improving service quality.
- Maintain professional communication with guests.




- Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.

Requirements

- Plustwo or Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
