Role Description The Guest Relation Executive role at NURA is a full-time, on-site position based at the Kozhikode (Calicut) center. The individual in this role will welcome guests and patients, manage reception duties, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Daily responsibilities include answering inquiries, guiding visitors through registration and screening processes, coordinating with medical and administrative staff, and maintaining accurate records of appointments and visits.

The Guest Relation

Executive will provide customer service support, handle basic billing or scheduling queries, and assist in explaining services and packages to guests. The role also involves promoting a positive, qualified environment,



addressing concerns in a timely manner, and supporting sales-related activities such as upselling relevant health screening services.

Qualifications

- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to greet visitors, manage patient interactions, and ensure a high-quality experience.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing front desk operations, handling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Basic Sales skills to explain service offerings, assist guests in choosing suitable health screening packages, and support conversion of inquiries into bookings.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using computers and scheduling or CRM software to manage appointments and records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, or related fields is an advantage.
- Professional, empathetic, and inclusive approach when interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
